Shipping & Deliveries
We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For shipping for the rest of the Channel Island and outside the UK please contact us at 01772 682 812 or you can also send as an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you ordered before 10:00 am or if you place your order after 4:00pm it will be dispatch the next working day (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will be dispatch on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.
We use Royal Mail dependant on the weight of your purchase. (Royal Mail upto 6kg weight)
Standard Delivery Service (Using Royal Mail Service) - within 1 to 3 working days
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This ussually involves collection the item from your local Royal Mail Depot.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £9.99 charged to cover packing and administration cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost with Royal Mail . Please do allow up to four weeks for Royal Mail to confirm the lost.
